The hotel is situated in a bustling neighborhood, on one of the main connecting roads to Mysuru city, serving as a significant stopping point that attracts both travelers and locals. The objective was to construct a sleek, modern, and yet grand structure. The facade primarily consists of steel sections and CNC cutting, with minimal block work, giving the building a lightweight appearance while maintaining a focal point. Another key aspect was the utilization of the existing water tank, which has been transformed into a tower to enhance the connection with the surroundings. The use of puff sheets for the roof helps in reducing heat, while the increased height of the roof aids in ventilation. The arch openings on the facade add a majestic touch, setting it apart from the typical "Darshini" style.

The interior plan is divided into a vertical 3-grid layout. The first grid encompasses the services, the second includes the kitchen and seating area, and the third grid features a party hall. The central grid is further divided into a horizontal 3-grid layout, consisting of the kitchen, seating area, and outdoor seating. The interior design is kept minimal and simple, with a focus on the false ceiling.
